Can I only see houses you have listed?
No. We have access to all listings currently on the market. If you can see it, we can show it. Your search will go more smoothly when you have buyer representation throughout the process.
As a seller, how do I find out how much my home is worth?
We offer a free, no obligation market analysis providing you with information on homes that have recently sold, are pending and active listings showing you how your home compares.
As a seller, do we pay you money up front?
No, you only pay us when we sell your home. The title company will handle all the transferring of money in the transaction at the closing.
